Creator & Content Submission Guidelines
CG Chartbusters is a community-driven rating and discovery platform for Chhattisgarhi (Chhollywood) entertainment. As creators and artists contribute their data to our platform, it is essential that all submitted content meets our quality, accuracy, and legal standards
These guidelines apply to all creators, artists, production houses, and representatives who submit or manage content on CGChartbusters.com.
1. What Creators Can Submit
The following types of content are accepted on CG Chartbusters: Movies, Songs, Web Series, Artist Profiles and Production House Profiles.
1.1 Movie Listings
- Title, release year, language, genre, synopsis
- Official cast and crew information
- Official poster image (authorized promotional material only)
- Official trailer link (YouTube URL only — no direct video files)
- Production house name and distributor details
1.2 Song Listings
- Song title and album/movie name release year
- Singer(s), lyricist, music composer, music label
- Official song cover/thumbnail image
- Official YouTube link only -- no audio file uploads
1.3 Web Series Listings
- Series title, release year, genre, language
- Episode count and platform information
- Official poster and trailer (YouTube link only)
- Cast and crew details
1.4 Artist / Creator Profiles
- Full and professional name (if different)
- Profession --Actor, Singer, Director, Lyricist etc.
- Profile photo (official/authorized image only)
- Biography and career highlights
- Social media handles and official links
- Filmography and discography
1.5 Production House Profiles
- Production House ka official registered naam
- • Logo image (Square 1:1 — 800x800px minimum, JPG/PNG, max 1MB)
- • Banner image (Landscape 16:9 — 1280x720px minimum, JPG/PNG, max 2MB)
- • Founded year aur location (City, State)
- • Owner / Head ka naam (optional)
- • Total movies, songs, web series produced
- • Active years in industry
- • Official website link (if available)
- • YouTube channel link (if available)
- • Social media handles
- • Associated movies, songs, web series — jo already CGCB pe listed hain unse link hoga automatically
2. Image & Poster Guidelines

Image Format & File Size
- Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG only
- Portrait & Landscape: Maximum file size 2MB
- Square: Maximum file size 1MB
- No watermarks from third-party websites
- No blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution images
- No images with explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
Important:
Only use official promotional posters or images you are authorized to use. Unauthorized use of copyrighted images may result in content removal and account suspension
3. Content Quality Standards
All submitted content must meet the following quality requirements:
Accuracy
- All information must be factually correct and up to date
- Correct spelling of names, titles, and places is mandatory
- Release year, genre, and language must be accurately tagged
- Do not submit duplicate or already-existing listings
Language & Tone
- Content descriptions must be written professionally
- No abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language in any field
- Descriptions should be neutral and informative — not promotional or exaggerated
Completeness
- Fill all mandatory fields before submission
- Incomplete submissions may be rejected or held for review
- Partial data can be updated after initial approval
4. Prohibited Content — What You Must NOT Submit
4.1 Piracy & Streaming Violations
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account action:
- ❌ Watch Online links or embedded streaming players
- ❌ Free Download or Direct Download links
- ❌ Torrent links of any kind
- ❌ Links to pirated or unauthorized copies of any content
- ❌ File format references: MP4, MKV, HDRip, BluRay, WEB-DL, Dual Audio
- ❌ Quality labels used for piracy: 720p, 1080p, 4K Download, HD Download
4.2 Prohibited Keywords in Descriptions & Titles
Do not use the following words or phrases anywhere in your submissions — titles, descriptions, tags, or any other field:

Using these keywords can trigger scam detection tools, Google Safe Browsing flags, and ad network restrictions — harming the entire platform and all creators listed on it.
Other Prohibited Submissions
- ❌ Fake or fictional artist profiles
- ❌ Self-rating manipulation — rating your own content using multiple accounts
- ❌ Submissions made on behalf of someone without their authorization
- ❌ Defamatory content targeting other artists or creators
- ❌ Copyrighted images downloaded from unauthorized sources
- ❌ Content promoting violence, obscenity, or illegal activity

To maintain platform credibility and avoid triggering content filters, always use safe and accurate language:

6. Submission Review Process
- All submitted content goes through an admin review before going live on the platform
- Review timeframe: 3–7 working days (subject to volume)
- If content is rejected, the reason will be communicated to the creator
- Corrections can be made and content resubmitted after addressing the issue
- CG Chartbusters reserves the right to edit minor errors (spelling, formatting) before publishing
- Major inaccuracies will be sent back for creator correction
7. Creator Accountability
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you submit
- By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to do so
- Submitting false, misleading, or unauthorized content is a violation of these guidelines
- CG Chartbusters has the right to correct, remove, or restrict any submitted content at any time
- Repeated violations will result in permanent account suspension
CG Chartbusters is not liable for any content submitted by creators. All legal responsibility for submitted data lies with the creator/submitter.
8. Copyright & Image Rights
- Only submit images and media that you own or are officially authorized to use
- Official promotional posters and press materials are generally acceptable with proper credit
- Do not use images downloaded from fan sites, unofficial sources, or piracy platforms
- If a rights holder requests removal of your submitted image, CG Chartbusters will act upon the request
- CG Chartbusters is not responsible for copyright violations caused by creator submissions
9. Enforcement Actions
